4.2 Payment: Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees on a recurring basis.

4.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, are owned by AGEOLab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (company information, catalog data, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Data and Analytics

AGEOLab analyzes publicly available information and AI model responses to provide insights about your company's visibility. The scores, rankings, and recommendations provided are based on our proprietary algorithms and third-party AI models. We do not guarantee specific results or rankings in actual AI-powered search results.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI models and services (including but not limited to Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGEOLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGEOLab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
